A Note From Dr Joselyn Sellen

I am a Specialist Coaching Psychologist helping women to overcome stress, depression and anxiety.  I also help women acknowledge and overcome compassion fatigue, often the root cause of all other mental health conditions.

I empower women to break free from their identity as defined by the roles and responsibilities they have adopted for their whole lives, as daughters, wives, mothers, sisters, aunts and grandmothers. I empower women to put themselves back at the centre of their world with integrity and without guilt. 

By recognising negative patterns that have shaped choices throughout their lives, I help women to break the cycles that have stopped them from exploring their tremendous potential.

I help women understand their own mental health, the causes of their stress and anxiety and learn to overcome compassion fatigue. In doing so, they learn to Live Life Stronger.
