I am a Specialist Coaching Psychologist helping women to overcome stress, depression and anxiety. I also help women acknowledge and overcome compassion fatigue, often the root cause of all other mental health conditions.

By recognising negative patterns that have shaped choices throughout their lives, I help women to break the cycles that have stopped them from exploring their tremendous potential.
